1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to fcm99. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and fcm99 ("Platform", "we", "company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fcm99 platform at https://fcm99.vu or the fcm99 mobile app, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

• Registering and playing in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.

3. Account Registration & Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) FCM99 account only. Owning more than one account, whether under your own name or using false information, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and wins.

During registration, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, true, current, and complete information as required in the registration form.

FCM99 accepts deposits via a range of approved payment methods including DuitNow QR, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, ShopeePay and other methods displayed in the Deposit section of the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

The deposit-related terms and conditions are as follows:

• Deposited funds are for use on the FCM99 platform only and may not be transferred to third parties.
